Hi I’ve sold an item for 120, after the fees I was meant get back 109, I only got $77 payout can you please explain the discrepancy?

Have fees been taken out for your second sale ?

eBay Labels ?

I don't know how you're arriving at $107... my calculations show eBay fees of $16.38 on a $120 sale.

As already suggested, promotional fees and postage labels will both affect your bottom line.
