Hi ive sold item for $550.00 including postage,they taken out $74.00 in fees ,$21.90 in postage within Australia so they have payout figure at $454.10 but only recieved $427.26 so a shortfall of $26.84 but they dont show where the missing money on invoice has gone.

Why $21.90 on free post?

How did you send the LPs?

In seller hub, go to "Payments"... "All transactions". On the right side of the page next to the item you sold, click on the "View" hyperlink.

It will open a pop-up in a new window showing a complete breakdown of all fees & charges.
