Accidental policy violation

I unthinkingly added a video (on my listing ) from the maufacturer (cuz I'm old & didn't know how to do my own) . Ebay have taken it off & asked me to revise it ... BUT it won't let me "in" to revise, edit or even delete. I would really like to get my listing up & running asap. I can't reply to the email they sent, I can't phone apparently ... how do I get help?

Can you do a ‘sell similar’ then delete the original when it goes ‘live’?

Agree to previous reply. Use the sell similar but revise it so it does not violate the rules. Ignore the first one as presume it is in your unsold list and eventually it will just disappear.
