Hi thankyou for any replys in advance

I have someone buying 5 items from me but hasn't paid but asking for combine shipping,on ebay combine shipping is not highlighted after i tick the 5 items.

He sent invoice but wants it sent to different address to what his ebay account is,also the invoice shows i can give him a discount on postage,so how does that work with postage fees as for 5 items individually around $55 together but i can do postage for $20.

First and foremost, buyer needs to change address at checkout (or you could be ‘screwed’)

They also need to use the cart, then ask for combined postage…..

If all this fails you can cancel the sales (problem with buyer’s address)

If you still trust them, put up a special listing with all those items combined, specially for them, and when/if they buy, send them a combined invoice.

Have you checked their feedback?

Are they in Australia?

Are they a new buyer?

Are you/buyer using the app (fraught)?
