Yet again, the online portal is broken, with Aust. Post refusing to even acknowledge the issue. All morning spent wasted trying to get this stuff done.

So just a heads up - if you're selling items overseas, it's best to pretend it's 1997, take a pen and a cut lunch to the post office and waste everyone else's time as the poor stiff behind the counter copies out forms for an hour.
