Buyer gets error 'Ran into a problem' when trying to complete a purchase

Buyer requested i switch on international shipping, which was done. Within 30mins-1 hour, buyer has nominated to purchase from his local countries' eBay site and receives an error 'We ran into a problem', and he cannot complete the purchase.
Any advice or insight appreciated. Thank you.
