After checking Curraone's option 1 and using option 2 cancel the order "problem with buyer's address" add the buyer's ID to your Buyer Exemption List. Then re-list the item but as a Special Listing for XXX (so no-one else will buy it.) Obviously you need to keep your buyer across all these actions.

I actually had something very similar yesterday - a buyer from Canada could not bid, even though I had Canada enabled as a country I would post to. Even more strangely he could bid on other of my items but not on this one particular item. He solved the problem by getting a friend in the USA to bid/buy for him, but perhaps there is a glitch somewhere.

I listed an item and forgot to put international postage on it. A buyer from United States has bought it and it is sitting in my to be paid orders. I have tried to send an invoice and add postage but a message comes through that the buyer has requested postage to an area I have not listed. I went back and revised the item but still no luck. Thank you in Advance.

I see two options: double check your postage preferences - for countries I don't post too - in case it has been duplicated somewhere and is blocking the buyer's address.

Option two: cancel the order "problem with buyer's address".
