Combining invoices for multiple items

Hi, please help a newbie out. I've sold three listed items and want to be able to invoice together for all three so that buyer only has to pay for postage once. The instructions I've found on eBay don't match what I see on my screen. Would really like to send these items soon for my buyer.

Choose "send invoice" - put in the postage you want, send. (Do not hit recalculate, it stuffs it up)
