Shipping change

I sold an item and printed of a shipping label. Ended up sending it through Australia Post instead. Item has been received but funds not released because the item is still linked to the old shipping label. Any ideas how I manage this?

Your funds are on hold as you are seen as a 'new' seller by eBay, since you have only sold the one thing recently

You agreed to that when you listed

There are 3 options for updating the tracking.

1. Edit the number

2. Add the correct number, then delete the original number

3. Mark not sent (this removes all tracking numbers for the transaction), then add the correct tracking number.

Which of those 3 options are available to you, depends on how you are accessing the site.

Cancel the label, if you are within the required timeframe. 5 days, I think. Not sure as I don't accidentally create labels I don't use.
