Funds on hold : awaiting authentication

Hi,

My item have a blue-tick "Authenticity Guarantee". But when Item sold and buyer already paid the item, there is a note ["Send to Authenticator by Tue, 23 Sep ... Funds on Hold : awaiting authentication].

This is my first time with this scenario. And eBay customer service is already closed.

What does this mean?

Are they holding the funds even if I send the item to the buyer?

Do I still have to send to eBay? If yes, What's the address?

Or, can i now send this item to the buyer?

As you haven't sold for a long time eBay will treat you as a new seller and your funds will be on hold

for 14-30 days anyway , for your other items.

Are you registered to sell and signed up for managed payments ?

You are required to ship the item to the authenticator now, you do not get to wait for your funds to clear.
