Is anyone else having issue with checkout & paypal?

I just had a paypal payment for an ebay item, but its not showing on ebay as having gone through checkout and/or being paid. The other strange thing is that the paypal email says the transaction is not eligible for seller protection?

Quite a few on the PS Board, including me - emails are saying buyers have paid twice, yet both ebay and PayPal show no such payment:O

I just logged in to paypal, its seems to have the right balance but I cant see any ebay transactions in there at all, only invoiced payments.

Just had a buyer say that they may have mistakenly paid twice. Nothing showing up in PP for received payments or on eBay as far as cleared checkout, yet I got two payment emails to my PP email account, notifying of the double payment.

Guess it's just a glitch at the moment.

I can't pay at all for one purchase, and it looks like I have paid twice for another one. 😞

Plus, there is no activity in my account this last month, and that's not quite right 😉

No, not an echeque. Definitely a massive paypal glitch 😐

All ebay transactions have disappeared from my paypal account and I just received a second notification of payment for the one in the OP. So now they have paid twice.

I have withdrawn all my funds, but havent received a verification email yet 😐

Check your account foxy, see if you have any transactions there.

Also got duplicate payment receipts for one purchase, darn it. I like to pay for items right away but with these PayPal issues I'll have to hold off on an outstanding purchase, lest PayPal decides it needs to be paid for more than once. 😐

I have just brought and paid for a game using PayPal, it says my payment is pending. I have funds in my PayPal account that I received on Saturday off a buyer. When I log onto PayPal, I have no transaction history, it ends on 26th Dec 12 but I have brought and received payments since then????? Come on PayPal, you charge us fees, but you are always slack on your end.

I'm also having problems. My recent transactions (whole of January) have gone and my balance is showing as zero when I know there is money in there. The phone wasn't working either when I tried it a while ago. (disconnected tone).

I have receipts saying I have made payments but the funds haven't been credited. I called my hosting company as I was trying to renew my account and they said that they are having problems with all paypal transactions at the moment.

Just tried to pay for some items, and both times there was an error message appear saying the transaction was not successful.

Upon checking my paypal account all of my transaction history is gone :_|

Grrr.

No transactions since Dec showing in my acc but the right paypal balance from what I could calculate. I withdrew $1,000 and now I will have my fingers crossed until it appears in my bank account.

I spoke to Paypal because I managed to pay someone on another site three times for something, and although the money showed up neither he nor I have anything in their transaction history. According to Paypal I have never had a transaction.

Paypal told me there is an issue because they did an upgrade which means people trying to pay get connection error messages and nothing shows up in your transaction history, but the money does go through. They hope it will be fixed by tomorrow. I hope so because a lot of people will be sending multiple payments!
