Why do you think you need a smart phone to enter a 6 digit code online?

If you have the capacity to create an eBay listing, you obviously have the means to enter the pick-up code.

Because I don't know how this works, and all I hear is that you need a QR code. If you can explain how the whole thing works that would be helpful. Thank you.

No, you don't "need" a QR code, which is only one of two options.

The buyer will receive a QR code and also a 6 digit code. The seller has the option of either scanning the QR code -or- entering the 6 digit code.

Proof of pickup

Proof of pickup is required to protect you against item not received cases.

For proof of pickup you can:

Use the eBay app to scan the QR code the buyer received through email
Manually enter the 6-digit code the buyer received through email in My eBay or Seller Hub

To scan the QR code:

Go to Selling on the eBay app.
Go to the Orders tab.
Select the Arrange pickup banner.
Tap the Scan to confirm pickup button.

If the buyer doesn't have their email with the codes, they can also access the code by going to their Purchase history in the eBay app.
