The last time I checked, there were a heap of IP addresses logged for my account - probably 30 or 40.

They don't suspend members for accessing the site on multiple devices or with multiple IP addresses - unless the person is doing so to circumvent a block/restriction/suspension.

Where it becomes an issue is... if someone else has accessed the site from the same IP address as you and then has their account sanctioned - you'll cop that sanction as well, as it applies to ALL accounts using the same IP address. If they're restricted, you're restricted... blocks that apply to them also apply to you... if they're NARU, you will be too... etc..

Hi. I hope people can help me with the query. I am currently using Mobile internet at my residence, which means IP address can change frequently. Will it impact my seller account? I dont want my account to be suspended just because my ip is changing.

I've been using mobile data for 17 years. It has not impacted any of my accounts.

eBay login is by email or user name and password, so IP address doesn't come into it.

@umearsha_6

And as a general comment, I believe the following is a very positive move by eBay when they send account holders an email such as :

"We noticed a new sign in ( Usually relates to a different device / IP etc)

Contact us if it wasn't you "

So the real account holder can contact eBay immediately if their account's been hijacked.
