Congratulations, your new Starter plan is active. Your current listings will show in your store within 24 hours and any new listings you create will automatically be added.

Here’s what you need to know

Your Starter plan starts today and will automatically renew every month, unless cancelled or changed before your renewal date.
There is no monthly fee for this plan but you will be charged final value fees when your items sell. Final value fees and any other applicable fees will be shown on your financial statement under Payments → All Transactions in Seller Hub.
If you have sold AU $25,000 or less in the past 12 months (ending with the preceding month), you have the option to cancel your Pro plan by visiting your Manage Subscription pageon Seller Hub. You can track your sales activity by visiting the Performance tab in Seller Hub or the eBay app.

Well, they're off to a great start - NOT. Multiple $1.00 insertion fee charges popping up...

Guess it's going to be difficult to get through to an agent this morning if this is happening to everyone

Be careful when re-listing……postage is all over the place, and 500g envelopes are MISSING (I’m on the app, atm)

Envelopes with tracking have been missing from the drop down menu for ages 😠 Only way to get it is to use a 'sell similar'. Imagine it won't be long before they 'fix' that too.

I’m using untracked - they only have up to 250g option….after that, it goes to parcels 😣….and yes, I’ve let them know

Well... the insertion fee being incorrectly charged is "an emerging technical issue", with multiple reports of same.

So keep an eye on your payments and report any anomalies... and then just wait for eBay to return what they took without authorisation (insert sound of crickets).

I just looked it up - the only place where 12.8% is mentioned, is in the UK 😞

Can I ask how you managed to do that. I don't want free selling although I'm under the $25,000 limit. I would like to be in the pro starter so I can do my own post. Every time I try to join a pro plan they are only giving me the monthly fee ones. Thanks in advance.

Mine is showing 12.18%, which is the norm.
