New free selling?

So my new pro starter plan started yesterday. Since then I've sold 2 items and paid the usual fees in both.
Now I'm wondering, to get free selling, do I have to relist everything to 'activate' it.

unless the 2 items were in categories that earn fee-less ? (Plush toy and a bluray).

According to all the correspondence I've got off them, I thought I did - maybe I don't.

Ok I will just assume I don't have free selling lol. It's all a bit convoluted tbh. Anyway.

You need to have less than $25,000 in sales in the last year. To not be signed up to My Post Business. To use eBay Australia Post Labels. Have a personal not business account. Free selling does not apply to items under $20 or those that would fit in an envelope. That's about all I can recall. Maybe go back and read all the conditions again.

Free selling applies to items under $20 and sellers can use their own packaging

If you are on the pro starter plan you do not get free selling.

Yeah seems that way. Had confusing comms that seemed to contradict itself but yeah read a few more on the faqs and yeah I don't get it lol.

It seems that if your have a store subscription you cannot get free selling even if you have less than $25,000 in sales. You need to cancel your store subscription and also be under $25,000 in sales in order to access it.
