Funds on hold

I sold 7 items all buyers have payed all items have been sent and received.

And the funds are still on hold .

It has been nelly 2 months and funds are still on hold .

What can I do .

Ive contacted the buyers to see if the can mark as received but they dont have that option

Are you fully signed up for and verified for Managed Payments ?

Note, your bank account AND personal details have to be verified.

If not, the funds have nowhere to go
