Internation Selling Agreament??

Tried List on turbo lister & it comes up with error messege says I cant list internationaly until Agree to some internation Agrement

I went to site mape & no such thing exists anyone know where it is?? Link?

Any Help be much apperiacted

The easiest way to solve this is to use the online Sell Your Item form for one listing (Turbo Lister won't bring up the agreement you need to accept, so will just block your listings, but the online form should prompt the agreement to pop up - after that, you should be able to use international postage options via Turbo Lister).

The agreement is basically to comply with international sites' terms of use, which more specifically means that you need to comply with the terms and conditions of eBay buyer protection that's offered on other sites, which is worth reading up on so you know what you'll be agreeing to: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/buyer-protection.html

Hi Digital Ghost, hope you had a lovely christmas !

Just read this & wondered when you say - 'use the online Sell Your Item form for one listing' - are you talking about doing this on the US site & filling in the form or the aussie site & clicking something that automatically lists the item on the US site [or UK if selected etc.,].

I am not back, just wanted to look at announcements etc. this will be my only question.

suitcase, what d*g means is doing it on the respective website of your country, so for us that would be eBay.com.au. It doesn't show up on TL, so d*g is saying to do it via the normal online browser way.

The agreement automatically pops up on the first listing that you choose to sell internationally and it allows you to read it before clicking that you agree. Afer that, you're good to go. It only shows up once.

No seriously, I think what is meant by selling internationally is listing on an International site.

If that's what you have done and not signed, then you are special. 🙂

If you have never quoted overseas postage before then you get it when you try to list on your home site.

I have never had to sign it using my well established id but for a new to selling id I had to do the sell your item form listing first, it was driving me crazy trying in TL so I just called ebay and they told me to do the first one with overseas postage and then update and synchronize TL and all would be well and yea all was well

me too, but as PJ said newer ids are being forced to sign if they only list on ebay.au, only use ebay.au categories but want to advertise international postage.

Thanks for clarifying that guys !

I always assumed people went onto the site/country of choice, logged in, & listed from there.

So we can place something on the US site via the Aus site is that how it is done ? Sorry, always just listed via TL & included international postage rates in the calculator.
