Generating another Invoice to a Buyer without POSTAGE (as picking up) when

I accidentally clicked that the buyer had paid then realized they hadn't.

Now the column to the right just says LEAVE FEEDBACK and gives no option to regenerate another invoice. They are now coming to pick up and want me to send them a new invoice without the postage charges but HOW CAN I DO THIS? Its for PAYPAL

Help!!!!!

On a pick up item the buyer should come and inspect the item, and hand over cash if happy with it. No need for invoice and should not pay via paypal.

As cat said, tell the buyer that there is no buyer protection using PayPal on pick up items, so kindly pay cash on pick up. That's the normal ebay procedure for pick up items.

If you want you can unmark as paid, but better to leave it so they don't pay via PayPal. Also means no PayPal fees for you.

Click drop down menu on the right (tiny triangle)

Then click" Unmark as payment received".

Pick-up items should be cash on pick-up as green cat said. But it's good to know how how unmark the payment when you make a mistake. I've done that a few times too.

Your buyer is entitled to a receipt for their records showing the correct amount and to prove they purchased from you (in case the items turn out to be stolen .... not that I am suggesting they are 🙂 ).

Once you untick paid and edit the postage to Pick-Up $0 then in Basic mode you should be able to send another invoice or just write/type a receipt to give the buyer when it is paid.

If you are not in basic mode then go to your Sold folder and scroll down. On left had side of the screen you will see:

They do not need an invoice for that; they can just print out the notice that they won, if they wish. In any case the details are in their Purchase History for few years. I do not understand why is everybody so obsessed with/sending getting invoice? ?:|

It might be a tax deduction and would therefore require a receipt.

There are a range of reasons why buyers may require an invoice, including for tax deduction purposes or if they making the purchase on someone else's behalf.
