I have won PP dispute for the cooker; sent it back to the address provided on Monday with C&S signature required. When I go to AP tracking site it shows that I printed the label on 3rdMarch and then it only shows as MANIFESTED; no date, no place, nothing? Interestingly, when I got home from the PO I checked to make sure it shows, the info that used to always show was there = lodged at 9.a.m. 4thMarch at our PO. So what is going on? I hope PP can see more. I normally check that parcel was correctly scanned, and then never bother to look again. Has anybody else noticed this change?

I am bit edgy, because the seller is still messaging me that they cannot refund me because PP dispute is open. 🙂

can you see the tracking history if you log into click and send?

Thanks, yes, found it and it shows fine now. Awaiting collection.
