    <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Send them a message,&amp;nbsp; ask if they have sent the item back,&amp;nbsp; if they have then refund once it arrives back and in the same condition as sent,&amp;nbsp; but if they haven`t sent it, inform them the phone is definitely now unlocked if they wish to keep it after all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Hi guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I recently sold an iphone to a buyer only to be informed that it had been blocked by the service provider...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;So I informed them to return the item for a full refund and started the process on my end to unblock the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I haven't received the item back in the post yet, and the phone is now unblocked by the service provider but im unsure where to go from here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Do I ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;(A) Inform the buyer that the item is now fully unlocked and ready to use and return the item to the buyer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;(B) Issue a full refund to the buyer once the item is returned then relist the item and take all postage, listing &amp;amp; Paypal&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;costs as a loss?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Your help with this issue would be greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;If it comes to a refund,&amp;nbsp; as long as you process it via the initial paypal payment, any fees will be credited back to you,&amp;nbsp; so you will not lose out there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;As for your final value /ebay fees, you should ask the buyer if they will agree to a mutual cancellation, that finalizes the transaction if they agree officially via the request when it is sent to them,&amp;nbsp; you get your fees back and free of further obligation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I did not mention if the phone is already in transit back to you,&amp;nbsp; then yes you could inform the buyer it is unlocked and offer to resend at your cost of course.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Thanks for your reply, I have just emailed them explaining the unblocking of the phone and kindly asked if they would still like the item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I offered them a return of the item via express postage at my cost and also offered to pay there postage costs for returning the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I guess its up to them to want it sent back, but if the do request a refund, I will follow your advise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;There is also no Paypal coverage for the buyer to prove they've returned it to you IF they open a dispute-it needs to be returned via trackable postage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;If the phone is now unlocked then if they haven't already posted it off they really have no excuse for opening a not as described dispute. By offering to pay the cost of return by express post you have let the buyer know that you haven't a clue as to Aus Post policy and they may assume you don't know about ebay or Paypal policy either!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;If you have told them the phone is now unlocked I would just sit back and wait for them to make the next move.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
