It's more of an advertisement than an auction and it shouldn't have been listed.

Good promo though... when seller says in terms, don't bid ... it just makes me wanna bid even though I think it is something I would never wear in pink fit 😄

There have been pre-release listings before, usually to do with games or limited edition items.

But in those you select BIN and wait for the item to be posted.

I am really annoyed, I had a listing that was a BIN/Best Offer removed because I stated in the description that I would consider all offers yet that listing is not a Best Offer yet in the description potential buyers are told to make contact to make an offer.

So dear troll please do the right think and report that listing like you reported mine.

I don't think so. When you are listing an item you need to state the costs for various countries otherwise otherwise the item isn't available to them.
