Interesting - report problem in FB section

I just left some FB for buyers and there under the 2 options = positive and leave FB later, is now a link:

"report problem with the transaction"

Has anybody else noticed/clicked on it? i did not dare to click on it, just in the case it will not let me go back and leave positive. But that might be the answer to those who call for something to be done about NPB 🙂

If this is the same as the one in the US, it reports the buyer to eBay & doesn't open a dispute.

Apparently it's meant for reporting problem buyers, such as those who just leave bad feedback without contacting the seller first, buyers who get nasty if you don't post Express when that was not an option, buyers who leave bad feedback when they obviously didn't read the description...like leaving neg or neut saying item is too big/small when dimensions/measurements are clearly & prominently shown in the listing, etc.

SN, I just clicked on it and it takes you to an info page advising what to do when you have problems.

As far as I can see, no way to report as such, just advises - 'contact us' for some problems, and 'open dispute' for others.

All safe, you can get back easily enough. :8}
