    <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;no, in fact you cant register on most international ebay sites unless you have a residential address and a bank account in that country.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;however, as an aussie registered seller you can LIST on ebay usa or ebay uk, but please read their terms and conditions and fees first, they are quite different to ebay aussie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;It is also better to use your ID that has some credibility showing as opposed to a new ID with zero feedback and item location shown from a different country to the registered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
