Is it possible that eBay have stuffed my invoice up?

I received my invoice for July and the figure was staggering and therefore I checked it for once. I think that they have charged me to list items on one of the free promotional periods. So I rang them and they said that wasn't right, I got 100 free and then they have charged me with another 47 listings that I also listed that weekend. I took that on board thinking ok that sounds right, but then I have checked it again, and it looks like they have given me 100 free listings on the first day of the promotion, and that comes up if I look at the promotional savings, but in the actual invoice, I have been charged for most of these listings again, on the 2nd day of the promotion.

So looks like I will be calling them again......for the third time.

Does anyone have any experience with this? It's a bit overwhelming the invoices because I got at least two 100 free listings and plus my normal 40.

Anyone really clued on to the invoices??
