Thanks to you all for your response. Did clear the browsing history and to no avail. Still keeps telling me I have the wrong password. Finally I decided to download a different browser and bingo! I am in. Ebay kept telling me that I am using a different computer when I am not.

I have been able to access my ebay site - I recently set up a basic shop- however this afternoon it will not let me sell. Keeps asking for my ID and password and when I give it says it is incorrect. went thru a process of changing passwork and still no joy. To confirm ID the site would not accept my phone number . THEN the phone number i was given i kept being told was incorrect!!

Finally I found another phone number and all ID veriefied and password changed and all seemed well. And still the same problem can access my site but cannot sell. the minute i try to sell - asks for id etc and will accept neither. YET THE FUNNY THING IS I CAN RELIST!!!

i cannot take another merry-go-round tonight....anyone else had this problem. So frustrating!!!!!

Yes, Me Too.

I tried to relist a sold item, taken to Signin Page, signed in but I was returned to signin page. Changed Password but no difference. Then all Ebay went down. Its back up now but I still cannot sell. I guess Monday is the new Friday.

I just Chatted to Maverick Pa (great name) and he recommended to clear my cache. Look up Google to see how to do it, cleared the cache, Went to Ebay, signed out of Ebay, Signed in again, went to my Ebay - Sold, Asked to signin again, did that, found the item clicked on relist, it worked.

Yes, clear the cache (browsing history), then close the browser and re-open it. This happens a lot in Mozilla and it drives you nuts when it happens!

Toasty Toes
