    <description>&lt;P&gt;Also when you are talking to them, if you can not get satisfaction or your problem resolved please ask for a supervisor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had read on the boards that people advise speaking to a supervisor and always wondered why, but having done it myself and being told by the call centre person - quote:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt; 'that my problem could most definitely can not be fixed'&lt;/STRONG&gt; I spoke to a supervisor that did the 'impossible' in about 3 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Top RH corner click on Customer Support and then click on the contact ebay tab and follow the prompts till you see call us then when you click on that you will be given the free call number and a code to enter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
