Hi this is the first time this has happened. Sent out an item prior to payment being received. Messaged buyer who said they received it Friday and that their PayPal account says money has been taken out. This I know to be not true as I spent 30 minutes reviewing all credits. Buyer has gone quiet and I have an unpaid item dispute. Item only $10 but still ...

How unlucky are you? I've done this a few times but always been paid.

I think you will just have to make sure they get that non payer strike - Other than continue to chase them I don't really think there is a lot you can do.

I'd pull their contact details and ring them. I have found it easier to work sale complications through more direct contact than messaging.
