How do I cancel a purchase

Hi 🙂

A buyer has accidently purchased two of the same item from me and would like to cancel one of them.

I'm happy to do so, in fact I pointed the purchases out to her and suggested the cancel, I just don't know how to even start the process.

Please help!

Rebecca, under Resolve Problem link you tick the option to Mutually Cancel. ebay will contact your buyer and she needs to 'accept' the Cancellation, then it goes from both your histories, and you, the Seller get your final value fee back.
