Hi all ,

I am new to this Click and send thing , if i could get a quick answer it would be great.

I am following the prompts to do it , it has come up with the items i have sold of ebay but it keeps stating the post code it wrong Post code is not valid value 🙂 . The item is going to Victoria ,i have checked the address and all is correct. Am i doing some thing wrong?

Check the way the city/suburb is written. Is it Mt instead of Mount, Sth, Nth etc.

Also, make sure it doesn't have a suburb and a city.

Try leaving the city/suburb box blank and fill in the state and postcode and then click the search city postcode button. It will bring up a drop down list to select from.

I had that happen a couple of weeks ago with a suburb on the Gold Coast - I put in the postcode I had & I had to put Gold Coast to make it work.

I finished up printing my own label & paid at the PO (a little bit cheaper that way for 500 gram satchels).

Another problem with C&S, I created 2 items got 2 tracking numbers the same, I couldn't sort that one out, so paid over the PO counter instead.

Can U imagine what would have happened if I had posted them with the same tracking number to different parts of the country?
