I recently sold an olympus Pen camera on this site.

Buyer has received the item but is now opening a 'case' as I didnt send the USB cable, ops manual or software disc.

My description stated that the camera body included a battery charger, batter and original flash.

His argument is that the usb cable, ops manual and softwared disc should have been included with the used camera unless stated otherwise?

I've had a look at the listing, and while in general I might agree with you in so far as the listed contents in your description don't include those accessories, (although, personally, as those items could be considered integral for a digital camera, I would have made a special note of the fact that they aren't included), there might be a problem here due to the images included in the listing.

Not the images of the camera, but the specs, one of which states the box contents and lists a USB cable, instruction manual and CD-ROM. For many people, the assumption would be that because these things are standard or original inclusions, and the spec images seem to indicate as such, that they are included unless noted in the listing that they are missing.

If the missing items were mentioned anywhere then they should have been included or specifically stated as not included. If it were me I would have apologised and offered either a partial refund and keep the camera or to return it at my expense for a full refund.

Incidentaly I see you offered it for sale overseas, are you aware that you are forbidden to post anything with a lithium battery overseas using AP and that domestic parcels should be sent with a road only sticker on them.
