Sorry silly question.

Recently made a sale from a repeat buyer yay! She paid promptly the first time, but this time i still havent recieved payment. Then i noticed the sale has not been completed. Could she have made a mistake during checkout and not realize she hadnt completed sale, or is she still thinking about it?? I dont want to send her an email just yet.

Did the buyer pay by bank deposit the first time? If they did, they may just do the bank transfer without going through checkout.

How long is it since the sale was made? Have you sent an invoice yet? You can always send another invoice as a gentle reminder.

eBay sends a payment reminder 2 days after the sale (unless you have the reminder option turned off). We find that works well and 99% of buyers have paid by day 2.

If they haven't paid by day 4 we send an email saying "Thank you for your purchase. Your parcel is packed and ready to post as soon as payment is received. Payments can be made by etc etc"

If we've had no payment or no contact then we open an Unpaid Item case on day 6.

During school holidays I allow an extra few days - people get caught up with the kids or go away, some parents just don't have time for ebay at the moment. I would leave it for a while, just send an invoice if you haven't already.
