Non Payer Despute Questions

When can you open a non payer despute?

And to other sellers how long do you wait for payment before opening a despute?

Just wondering as i am waiting on payment for some items and would like to know this stuff incase the buyer doesnt pay or if i come across a non payer in the future. I have always had good very fast payers so far.

In my newer listings I am now giving the buyer 4 days to pay & will now open a NPD at 5 full days & close after 4 days.

In my older listings it was 5 days & at 6 days open the NPD.

I have been selling very few items, but I've had 2 non-payers over 8 days. Maybe these buyers like the thrill of outbidding other buyers.
