    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am surprised you haven't had more complaints, if you are offering a design service then you shouldn't really be listing in the collectables sub catagories. Do you have permision from Disney etc to use those images? I think now you have drawn attention to your account you could be getting some of your items reported, there are those who never post on the boards but just sift through the posts looking for reasons to report!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a customer purchase an item, then contact me requesting I cancel the transaction as he had not read the listing properly and on reading believed the product to be a 'rip off'. I cancelled the transaction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 months later he has left negative feedback stating the product is not worth the price. However he did not purchase or receive the product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems very unfair. Is this allowed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;report it to customer service. i am not sure if they will do anything due to it being 2 months. some buyers are just spiteful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
