How may I help you? flashback_deals hello Cheryl. i have a couple of questions in regards to running a business on eb ay and selling limits flashback_deals First one is: In a couple of months, my website will be up and running, with over 5,000 listings, hI can move them over to eBay so how can i do that with a limit of 260 a month? I can not even find live help LOL.

I clicked on customer support and there was no live help or chat to us option there.

Not all topics have chat anymore.

Select technical or site issues and that brings up chat.

I couldn't find it the other day on the US Site, have you made sure it was ebay Australia?

Call them instead. Are you sure you have not selected the "unlive" help? The virtual person? I have used LH in the past and they were always terrific. I would carefully think about it and typed explanation of my problem before I went there, and then just copied and pasted it. Once the helper read it they asked few questions to elaborate on some points, but always were able to advice/help very quickly.
