An item was sold as pick up only, with post if needed at buyers expense. Purchase was made and paid for before I added post cost.

Am I able to resend the invoice so she is able to pay post cost?

It would be better to contact them and tell them you are refunding and will re invoice with the postage, if they pay for the postage seperately it is still classed as pick up for Paypal seller protection purposes so even if you had proof of delivery you would not be able to defend a bank chargeback.

They a;so would have no buyer protection against non delivery or not as described, it may be worth pointing that out to them as the reason you are going to refund and re invoice.
