You should be able to get that feedback removed for two reasons : Firstly, he referenced a PayPal refund and secondly, he used unacceptable language. Ring eBay - I'm sure they'll remove it while you're on the phone to them.

"stole item after PayPal refund"?? It sounds like they're accusing you of 'stealing' the item after they received a refund from PayPal. o_O

If 'blackmail' means the buyer threatened you with negative feedback if they didn't get something they weren't entitled to (eg to keep the item and get a refund), then it would qualify as feedback extortion and the feedback should be removed (if the buyer sent the messages via eBay, and eBay agree it is FB extortion).

Failing all other options, you can apply for removal on the grounds of defamation. You will need to submit this (witnessed) statement: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/community/defam-form.html

EDIT: more options for reporting buyers: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/sell/report_problem.html

16 nuetrals and 7 negs in 12 months. Hmmmm. While I agree with the latest feed back being removed as how can you steal something that after a refund belongs to you, all the other not so pleasant F/B tend to point to a slight problem somewhere.

Has the person who gave you the previous neg now re-emerged under a different ID?? Just a thought, as it involves the same item. Your use of the word 'stole' in your reply, whether true or not, might've sparked a petty person's need for revenge. Perhaps the neg could be removed on the grounds of trying to circumvent your block of the old ID. The new neg is from a brand new member--very strange...
