How do I issue a refund?

Hi all!

Im new to this whole selling side of ebay, and was wanting to know how to issue a refund? I did see a refund button a little while ago next to the items i had sold, but now that I need to issue a refund I cant find it....

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

presume the buyer paid with PayPal.

go to your paypal account, next to the transactiion, will be a refund button, use that and put in the amount of the refund (either a partial or full amount).

Paypal will then send that amount to the buyer and credit your account with the fees you have already paid.
