I would like to know on how to put in a drop down menu I sell letters and I need to know what colour and which letter people want can someone please help me and let me know HOW.

The variation listing format (where buyers can select from a dropdown menu of options) is not currently available in all categories - if it's available in the category you're using, there will usually be a few extra steps at the beginning of the listing where you can create the variations, or there'll be a note on the Sell Your Item form with a link to switch to the variation format, and it's a relatively intuitive process once you get started.
