Non-paying buyers

Hi All,

When you close an Unpaid Item Dispute against a buyer, you get credited your FVF, but what happens to listing fee? Does that ever get credited?

No, but in some circumstances, if an unsold item is relisted and then sells, the insertion fee (if any) for the relist is credited back. An item that sold but wasn't paid for is essentially considered an unsold item (if a UPI case is resolved without payment) so it can qualify for an insertion fee credit on a relist, (if it sells).
