Custom FAQ Third Party

Can someone please tell me if the third party facility is still available for custom FAQ?

I tried to install hostedsupport.com/, I have activated the token etc but it doesnt seem to be working?

then I was reading

I dont know if this is the same thing that I am trying to set up or not?

What are others using?

I have absolutely no idea, in all the years I have been using ebay I have never felt the need to have an "eBay Messaging Module" whatever that is!
