Unpaid case closed in error

Unpaid item. Marked as paid in error and the case was automatically closed. I can't reopen the case. Is there any way I can reopen this case. Cheers

I don't think so.

At any other time, my advice would be to ring eBay and explain and hope they can override something but Customer Support is unavailable at the moment due to an earthquake where the customer support centre is/WAS situated.

They won't override it. You will need to call them to apply a manual FVF adjustment to your account
