I sold a dress on the 6th October now the buyer wants to return it as it does not fit. Am I obliged to accept her request and have the dress returned and the money refunded? The dress had the right size and measurements. I posted the dress out on the 7th October, so it has been over week since she has notified me

If your listing states no returns then as long as the measurements are correct then you do not have to accept a return however I consider it good customer service to offer a return of item price only if a buyer returns an item in the same condition it was sent in. I also offer the alternative of using my description and photos if they want to resell it to try and get their money back.
