Auctiva Problem

I am trying to link an Auctiva account to eBay and it requires an eBay token. I have tried about 4 times now to generate this token and can't. Any suggestions on how to do it.

I use Auctiva and have found their customer support fantastic. Just out of curiosity, have you had problems uploading your pics to Auctiva? Mine sometimes take hours and have lots of broken links in the uploading process. Maybe it is just me, but I am about to get rid of Auctiva because of this.

This makes a change, usually people come here asking how to get rid of Auctiva, especially the DSG (dreadful scrolling gallery), and are told to revoke the token :^O

I have used Auctiva almost since I started selling.

I find them fantastic.:-)

Can always re-list things one or two years after you last sold them. This can save a lot of time. It saves all old listings for you.

Customer service is awesome. eBay could learn a thing from them.:-)

I have never had any issues with photo uploading.

The one or two small issues I have had are resolved very quickly.

I personally do not mind the scrolling gallery. I have it at the bottom of my listings so is a bit out of the way for those who do not like seeing it.

Anyhow this is JIMO.

Thanks for the replies. Auctiva replied and said that this is a known problem with Internet Explorer and to use Firefox. I did, and it worked perfectly. I plan to start active selling so it will be interesting to see how it works. I need all the help I can get!
