Adobe reader not converting click and send address labels

I have once again decided to try and get click and send up and running after a year's break and using pre paid satchels. All went well for a few days but today I just get a grey screen instead of the pdf to click on and print. I am not really that computer savvy and am wondering if anyone has a moment to tell me how to get it working? I am using Windows 8 and Adobe Reader XI and internet explorer. Any advice most appreciated!

I did have a problem sometime ago and noticed that the default was on save file, rather than open with Adobe

I don't know if it is the same problem but I enclose the screen dump when I changed it back
