If it was not a free listing have you checked under your account tab that the listing fee has not been refunded, same with the fvf. If they haven't then give ebay a call and they should certainly refund the fvf and very well may refund the listing fee too if there was one.

Very dissapointed in ebay.I had an item listd for sale and I received notification someone in the UK had bought it.

Then I received a message from ebay saying he was a bogus buyer using someones account.

My item was "delisted" and I had to pay "listing fee" to have it relisted again.

Why have I been penalised when im the innocent party???

I don't know why but it doesn't seem fair. Maybe you could get onto customer service? You shouldn't have to pay the extra fee when you have done nothing wrong.

did you pay for the listing, or was it free? You don't pay for your first 40 standard listings.

Just watch that you don't get charged FVF's, you shouldn't, but with eBay, it all depends on who is pushing the buttons sometimes.
