I sell on 3 ids and use this posting id so I have 4 browsers on the go at once with one account signed in to each. No chance of a swap over it you do that although 99% of my listing is done through TL.

I hope someone can help ....

I have two accounts. I'm trying to list some items on one of my accounts right now but there seems to be a technical issue.

I sign into the account I want to sell on but when I click on sell to begin I notice that it has switched over to the other account. I don't want to list these certain things on that particular one.

No matter how many times I sign in or out of each one it just keeps switching over.

I first noticed this about a month ago but only when I was trying to list on a Friday (maintenance day). Today is obviously not a Friday.

Any ideas?

This happens to me a lot - the only way around it is to switch browsers as suggested. I mainly use Firefox so if I want to list on another ID I do it in Internet Explorer - works every time.

Thankyou to both of you .... switched browsers and had no problems.

Will remember for next time!

Still scratching my head about how / why it happens!

Hi

This happens to me all of the time. I have several accounts. You have to go to history - clear recent history. Press that then tick cookie & cache - press clear now. Then restart your computer. It should be fine when your computer comes back on. It happens when you switch from one account to the other a lot.
