How do I setup products with custom photo

I sell items that I make using photo's supplied by the customer.

On my website its easy the customer just uploaded there photo and away I go

How do I do this on ebay ?

Your cutomers can attach photos to a message they send you using the eBay system, it's a little more convoluted than a direct upload, system, but still relatively servicable - just make sure your message options are set to receive emails with HTML, otherwise eBay will block people from attaching photos to the messages they send you. I would also include some simple and basic instructions within the listing so that people know exactly what to do, and how. (You could inlcude a link to send you a message there).

I thought the message process was a fallback option

Its not the best I was hoping i had missed the option during the page design to simply upload the image
