      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not click on any links. If you have reset ALL your passwords, do malware, antivirus and adware scans immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want you can forward the email to spoof@ebay.com.au, or spoof@paypal.com.au, and in a couple of days they will tell you it is a phishing email and don't reply to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
