you can't.

Sellers have not been able to leave buyers negative feedback for about 5 years

Ebay realised that most of the time it used to be sellers who ripped off buyers, so they made it that only sellers can get negative feedback.

It makes it poiintless to give buyers feedback, however, if it can only be GOOD feedback. Hopefully one day they'll eliminate feedback for buyers, as it's completely irrational if it can only be "positive".

As a buyer/seller for over 13 years, that has not been my experience. I can count the bad sellers I have had to deal with on one hand but I would need a 100 page journal to note all the fraudulent buyers, NPB, bid snipers and just plain r-soles I have had to deal with.

Why do you need to "deal" with bid snipers?

How can they harm you as a seller?
