      <description>&lt;P&gt;a buyer says the shoes i sent her were broken although i noticed no such thing when mailing them out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have offered her a refund as she is unhappy so do i have to pay the postage to have them returned to me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
